DocMode will not be held responsible if any patient or data fed by doctors/ registered users is made public, shared or misused by doctors or their staff members who have access to DocMode EMR. DocMode advices Users/ Doctors to allocate passwords to trustworthy staff members and treat the patient records with utmost care and responsibility. DocMode EMR/ OpenEMR is a technically advance software and can enable the doctor to correspond with local pharmacies, referrals to other Specialists or Doctors through its equipped tools of SMS and Email. DocMode advices caution on use of sharing of patient data, billing information, prescription to other parties and take patient consent before passing or sharing of his/her information. DocMode will not be held responsible by the patient or Doctor for any leakage or wrong and faulty prescriptions or drugs administered. OpenMeetings, Webinars and Online Meetings.Speakers on DocMode OpenMeetings, Webinars and Online Meetings will also be asked to share information for validation and promotion purpose. All content, files and material used for presentation on OpenMeetings, Webinars and Online Meetings i.e. the DocMode Platform used by the speaker including the session is a property of and a part of DocMode. Delete Account.You hold the right to delete your account at any given time if you are unhappy with the DocMode services or for any reason you feel fit. Purposefully distribute viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or any other items of a destructive or deceptive nature. Conduct or forward pyramid schemes and the like. SecurityYou must promptly notify DocMode of any breach of security related to the Services, including but not limited to unauthorized use of your password or account.
