• Other self proclaimed healers or "quack" as a "fraudulent or ignorant pretender to medical skill" or "a person who pretends, professionally or publicly, to have skill, knowledge, or qualifications he or she does not possess; a charlatan." are not entertained and asked to not use and register DocMode. If you belong to this party, any information you share with DocMode can be used against you by Law. 
• DocMode does not provide any provision for doctors or practitioners from the field of "Homeopathy" and strictly prohibits and asks them to refrain from use of DocMode. Any attempts to register or accounts created from users of this background will be terminated on cross checking and notification from other users.
• Currently DocMode does not provide account registration for doctors or students from Ayurveda background.
• Currently DocMode does not provide account registration for doctors or students from Veterinary Science and Practice background.
• The content of the pages of this website is for the registered Healthcare Community only and use only. DocMode is a niche website and not for General and public usage.

In spite of this in case of unavoidable circumstances of natural disasters, server shutdown and migration there might be data loss. DocMode will not be held responsible in such occurrence. DocMode will not be held responsible if any patient or data fed by doctors/ registered users is made public, shared or misused by doctors or their staff members who have access to DocMode EMR. DocMode advices Users/ Doctors to allocate passwords to trustworthy staff members and treat the patient records with utmost care and responsibility.

DocMode EMR/ OpenEMR is a technically advance software and can enable the doctor to correspond with local pharmacies, referrals to other Specialists or Doctors through its equipped tools of SMS and Email. DocMode advices caution on use of sharing of patient data, billing information, prescription to other parties and take patient consent before passing or sharing of his/her information. DocMode will not be held responsible by the patient or Doctor for any leakage or wrong and faulty prescriptions or drugs administered.

OpenMeetings, Webinars and Online Meetings.

Speakers on DocMode OpenMeetings, Webinars and Online Meetings will also be asked to share information for validation and promotion purpose.

All content, files and material used for presentation on OpenMeetings, Webinars and Online Meetings i.e. the DocMode Platform used by the speaker including the session is a property of and a part of DocMode. And can be recorded, archived, shared and promoted for all users of DocMode to impart knowledge and educational and serve DocMode's Purpose and Mission.

Delete Account.

You hold the right to delete your account at any given time if you are unhappy with the DocMode services or for any reason you feel fit. DocMode provides the Delete feature under 'Settings'. DocMode request you to give a reason for leaving so we can better our service.

DocMode may store your information provided so that you can re-enter and use it, when you see fit. DocMode may contact you by email, post, fax or phone from the information you provided, about future developments on DocMode.

Account Inactivity

DocMode will terminate your account in accordance with the terms of service

If you fail to login to your account for a period of six months.

If you fail to provide us with required documents for verification of Account. If the documents provided are not clear, fake or non compliancy or forged.

If there is sufficient data and report flagged against you by other users for misuse, spamming, illegal, vulgar and unsolicited content sharing and uploading and breach of 'Prohibited Actions' statements.
